Rotary Club Karachi New Central
Established in 2019 under the leadership of charter president Shanaz Ramzi, the Rotary Club Karachi New Central (RCKNC) operates within the Rotary International District 3271. The club is supported by committee chairs overseeing various activities.
RCKNC serves as a hub for individuals from diverse industries and professions, offering a comprehensive representation of the local business and professional landscape. This diversity fosters networking, collaboration, and exchange of ideas among members with varied backgrounds and expertise.

Focus Areas
RCKNC’s primary areas of focus include disease prevention and treatment, water, sanitation and hygiene initiatives, maternal and child health programs, basic education and literacy endeavors and community economic development projects.
DISEASE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT
RCKNC actively engages in health promotion through awareness sessions, medical camps, and disease-focused workshops, addressing issues like polio, tuberculosis, and mental health by partnering with schools to organize awareness sessions.
MATERNAL & CHILD HEALTH
RCKNC supports maternal and child health by organizing training and workshops for health professionals. These initiatives aim to equip healthcare providers with the necessary skills and knowledge to address specific issues related to maternal and child well-being.
EDUCATION
RCKNC supports students through a diverse range of initiatives, including organizing sports activities, art competitions, study tours and offering scholarships. By promoting extracurricular activities like sports and art, the club contributes to holistic student development.
ENVIRONMENT
RCKNC enhances environmental awareness among students by organizing educational tours focused on environmental issues. These tours provide students with hands-on experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of ecological challenges and solutions. By engaging in tree plantation activities, RCK actively participates in building a greener and more sustainable future for the community.
WATER AND SANITATION
